I was just 9 years of age when I emigrated to Australia.

Born in St. Helens, Merseyside in the UK, having my childhood flipped upside down was extremely challenging. However, whilst this gargantuan change was terrifying for such a young child who had grown comfortable in his own town, I have my parents to thank for the discovery of my passion. I attended numerous schools since arriving on the Sunshine Coast, but it wasn't until I enrolled into Caloundra City Private School's film program did I awaken my latent talent and passion for cinematography.

Since graduating, I have sought out as many opportunities to hone my skills as humanly possible. Due to the tragic impact of COVID-19 in the last couple of years, opportunities for an inexperienced creator such as myself have been very limited. And thus, I have attempted to teach myself as many core skills and fundamentals as I can by working voluntarily alongside peers and partaking a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Screen Media) at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
